Connected devices (TV, Home Cinema, Blu-ray player etc): Update can be performed via USB, as well as carried out using an active network connection on the device (check your product’s user manual for more details). Apps: Update via your smartphone/tablet in the Google Play Store or iTunes; Telephones: Update via the Philips Phone Manager. To manually install the driver, go to the device manager and click on the USB serial device needing the driver. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped. Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install. For other devices, you will want to check on this website to see if your device is a Miracast compatible source: wi-fi.org database. Once you find your device, you will want to verify that the device contains a listing under Applications and Services indicating “Miracast-Source” as in the image below.
