billcockpit is an SAP plugin. It enables the application of SAP to invoices and receipts, and empowers the configuration of the related processes.

In order to optimize the adaptation to your requirements, the archiving and authorization are conducted in profiler. Subsequent to synchronization, booking and payment are undertaken in SAP. Notwithstanding external archiving, the documents are viewable via SAP.

ordercockpit

ordercockpit is an external linkage to SAP. It is especially used for the order placement process (abbreviation in German: BANF). It is deployed along with quickforms to create and authorize requisition forms.

The process is conducted on a parallel basis in profiler and in SAP. Reciprocal synchronization enables documents to be processed and complemented in both systems.

proAccounting

proAccounting enables the linkage to your extant accounting system (BMD, RZL, SAP).

This comprises the invoice data contained in the profiler documents‘ being configured in ways permitting their being transferred to and processed by the accounting system.

proNTS

proNTS

proNTS is a linkage to the wincash application of the NTS POS system.

This app enables the transferring – via wincash - of the payment documents found in the individual shops to profiler, from which they can be archived and authorized. Access to them is then provided via wincash to users in profiler.

proOfficeassembles all add-ins required to guarantee the transferring to and from profiler of Microsoft Office products (proOutlook, proWord, proPowerpoint).

proAPIis a program interface enabling the external communication of profiler. Comprised in the interface are SOAP webservices. These can be employed by other applications. This in turn enables the inward delivery and reading of a wide variety of data. The authentication process is performed via profiler users. All applications communicating with profiler employ proAPI.

This C# client is teamed up with proMail to deliver scanned documents. proScan supports scanning on both individual and mass bases of two or more documents. Its ability to insert separating pages into documents imparts to proScan the ability to affix certain values to the documents upon their delivery. This capability makes proScan suitable for use in and by accounting circles.

This C# application is situated on servers. It has three modes – mail supervision, index supervision and scans supervision - of delivery of documents. These modes can be joined and combined in any ways wished.

• The E-mail supervisor comprises the monitoring of a variety of mail boxes. New E-mails are transformed into documents and delivered. Once processed, they are either deleted, or marked as having been processe
• The index supervisor entails the monitoring of folders. All new documents are incorporated into profiler. All documents processed are placed in a subfile and are marked as having been taken care of.

• The scans supervisor is the place in which all documents created by proScan are delivered.

All documents whose delivery employs proMail undergo an indexing upon being delivered.

proDCC

proDCC is used to perform the integration into the Active Directory. This entails profiler users being synchronized with domain users. The login for profiler is undertaken by the domain users.

proTradecore

proTradecore

proTradecore completely integrates the profiler into Tradecore. The user display employed has been adapted to conform to Tradecore, and is integrated in the Tradecore system – with this including all users.

profiler runs in such cases entirely in the background. Order data and incoming merchandise are read out of Tradecore, with the invoices being assigned in profiler. The process of authorization takes place in profiler. Alterations of statuses are subsequently displaced in Tradecore.

proExport

proExport

This tool is used to export selected documents – and to extract all of them – from profiler, and to place them at the disposal of third parties, should such be wished. The use of XML standards facilitates the preparation of all information in the documents, so as to make it machine-readable.

proExport provides the options of selection of which documents-related metadata is to be exported, and of the compilation of a chronology of all processes performed in and on the document. The employment of proExport enables the easy and simple exchange of data between DMS systems.
