  • Getting error message 'Failed to load Virtual Network Adapter' when trying to connect to VPN.
  • Trac.log shows the following errors:
    [ 13852 13900][17 Jul 12:20:33][] Unable to open 'Devicevna_sc': The system cannot find the file specified.
    [ 13852 13900][17 Jul 12:20:33][vna] Failed to open device (Devicevna_sc): The system cannot find the file specified.
  • When trying to debug the VNA adapter, you get the following error messages:
    vna_utils.exe -d -ap vna kdebug set -b 32000 -a all
    Access denied.
  • Trying to reset the Virtual Network adapter fails:
    C:Program Files (x86)CheckPointEndpoint Connect >vna_utils.exe -d -ap vna kdebug reset
    vna::_cpNTopen: Unable to open '.vna_ap': The system cannot find the file specified.

The value of the registry setting 'DeviceInstallDisabled' is set to 1, instead of 0.
